Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- If payment was already processed, the refund will be initiated upon successful cancellation.
Returns
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Certain items such as innerwear, personal care products, and heavily discounted items may not be eligible for return.
- Return requests can be initiated by emailing us with your order ID and reason for return.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photographs of the product and packaging as proof.
- Include your order ID and a brief description of the issue.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are available for size or color changes, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be in unused, original condition with tags intact.
- If the requested size/color is unavailable, a full refund will be issued instead.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Innerwear and intimate apparel
- Customized or personalized products
- Products bought on clearance or final sale
- Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage by the customer
Failed Transactions
If a payment is deducted but the order is not placed due to a technical issue, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5–7 business days. If the refund is not received within this period, please contact us with your transaction details.
