How to Initiate a Return

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection.
  • Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • For defective or wrong items, VELRIX CORE™ will cover return shipping at no cost to you.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return to ensure safe delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging as evidence.
  • Include your order ID and a description of the defect.

Exchange Option

If you'd prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we're happy to help. Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability.
